The Supreme Court has recently dismissed pleas against land acquisition near Noida Extension, clearing the deck for much-awaited Noida Extension metro project in the area. The Apex court has resolved the issue of land use in the area, providing a major relief to real estate developers and buyers who were earlier skeptical towards investing in properties here.
The proposed metro line at Noida Extension will boost real estate development and provide much-needed connectivity to the people of Noida. The proposed Metro line will go from Noida City Centre Metro station to Noida Extension via Sector 71. The proposal will boost infrastructure development across various areas of Noida including Sectors 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 112, 121 and 119. The detailed project report is expected to be finalized by concerned authorities within a month and then sent to the Uttar Pradesh cabinet for approval.
Mr. Anil Mithas, Chairman & Managing Director at Unnati Fortune Group says, “The court order will bring lots of positive sentiments back into the Noida's real estate sector. With Noida Extension is cleared for fair land use, the area will cater to numerous real estate projects currently being under construction by various real estate developers in Noida and offer affordable housing units to the residents.”
Under the proposed metro extension plan, there will be four stations constructed between City Center Metro line and Noida Extention. The metro line will go via Sector 71 and terminate near Eco Village-III, around 3 km from the Noida Extension circle.
Mr. Anil Mithas of Unnati Fortune Group says, “There are as many as 3,00,000 housing units being developed or under-construction at Noida Extension. The proposed metro line will provide better connectivity to thousands of residents and help improve their living standards. The move will also boost real estate development in the belt.”
